Haunted Half Marathon & Relay in Kingsport, Tennessee
The Haunted Half Marathon is an annual road race held in Kingsport, Tennessee. The event includes multiple participation options and a Halloween theme. The organizing group operates on a marked course with ground arrow stickers and blue arrow signs, and course marshals and officers will be present. Water for the course and post race is provided by Healthy Kingsport.
There are several ways to take part:

- Monster Mile (1 mile)
- 2-4 person relay
- Virtual option
Relay exchange locations are specified along the course and include Lamont Greenbelt Access near mile 3, Holston Valley Drive Trailhead near mile 6, and Boat Yard Landing Trailhead near mile 9. A shuttle service will be available near the start and finish area. Some parking areas are restricted; the Food City and Farmers Market lots are not available for event parking and designated areas will be open instead.
The Monster Mile runs on a track, is adult, kid, stroller, and dog friendly, and will not be timed. A costume contest is held before the half marathon start with awards for best costumes. Awards are presented across overall, masters, grandmasters, age groups, relay categories, and costume categories. The event is part of a three race series called the Trifecta.
