Haunted Half Marathon & Relay : Kingsport, TN
The event in Kingsport, Tennessee includes a half marathon, a relay option, a Monster Mile and a virtual race. It is scheduled for October 31, 2026. Packet pickup is available at the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce on the day before and the morning of the event.
Race features include course markings with arrow stickers and blue signs, officers and volunteers along the route, and shuttle service near the start and finish area. Parking restrictions apply; the Food City and Farmers Market lots are not available for event parking and some roads and parking lots will be closed or blocked.
Relay exchange locations are near Mile Marker 3 at Lamont Greenbelt Access (2241 Lamont Street), near Mile Marker 6 at Holston Valley Drive Trailhead (300 Holston Valley Drive), and near Mile Marker 9 at Boat Yard Landing Trailhead (2201 Netherland Inn Road).
The Monster Mile runs on the track, is open to adults, children, strollers and dogs, and will not be timed. Water on course and post race is provided by Healthy Kingsport. Awards are given for overall, masters, grandmasters, age groups, relay divisions, and best costume categories. A costume contest takes place before the half marathon start. A virtual option allows participants to run remotely, submit results, and receive race items by pickup or mail.
