The Hattiesburg Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The start location is listed as 201 Forrest Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401. This is the 14th annual running of the event. Online registration opens Monday, October 13. Prices shown for main entries are Half Marathon: $85, 10K: $45, and 5K: $40. The event program also includes charity runner options for each distance, a charity walker for the 5K, and a separate 5K walk. Course and charity
The course route runs through downtown Hattiesburg, toward the Avenues, around the Hattiesburg Zoo, and passes a portion of The University of Southern Mississippi campus before finishing on the Longleaf Trace. The race provides fundraising opportunities for Pine Belt nonprofits and draws participants from numerous states. Each participating nonprofit will “own” a mile on the course by decorating it and cheering as runners pass. A charity runner is a registered participant who fundraises for a participating 501(c)(3) organization and commits time and fundraising support to that charity; there may be a prize for the charity runner who raises the most.
