The Molten Mohawk Niner (and 4 Miler) is a road race in Hattiesburg, Mississippi scheduled for February 21, 2026. Course and on-site features
Both in-person courses use paved roads. The nine-mile course is described as more demanding; the four-mile course is described as flat. The in-person finish area will include bonfires and live glass and metal work by local artists. Warm beverages and sweet treats will be available for finishers.
Registration, entries and included items
Registration opens October 21, 2025. Listed entry fees are $65 for the nine-mile run, $55 for the four-mile run, and $50 for the virtual race. The four-mile entry notes a glass medal, an MM9R T-shirt, and a finishers photo. General registration items for in-person entries include a custom glass-blown medal by Mohawk Steel and Glass Co., an MM9R pint glass, a choice of short or long sleeve T-shirt, and an LMNT sample.
