Harvest to Horizon Running Festival
The Harvest to Horizon Running Festival takes place on 09/19/2026 in Cedarville, New Jersey. The event starts and returns at Frosty's (345 Main Street) and uses roads through local farmland with a turn at Bay Point beach. One course section for the 5K uses an airplane runway.
Distances include:
- 13.1 Miles Half Marathon out and back via farmlands to Bay Point
- 3.1 Miles 5K including a runway section and return to Frosty's
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run and a separate one mile run for children under five
The 5K and half marathon are timed events. Aid stations provide water, electrolytes and snacks roughly every 2 miles, and portable toilets are placed along the course. Finishers receive a medal and a t shirt. A post race party follows and includes a small ice cream from Frosty's.
Volunteer roles are available; volunteers receive tickets to the post race party and event merchandise. Awards are given for overall male and female winners and for age group winners in the half marathon and the 5K. Event design is credited to Tired Runners Club.
