Harvest Hustle - Harrisonburg
The Harvest Hustle is an autumn running event held on September 12, 2026, at Purcell Park (41 Monument Ave., Harrisonburg, VA). The event offers a chip-timed 5K and a short kids fun run. The 5K will be chip-timed by VA Momentum. Runners, walkers, and participants with strollers are permitted in the 5K. All children who enter the kids fun run receive a medal.
Distances:
- 5K Run: 3.1 Miles
- Kids Fun Run: 0.5 Miles
Registration includes early-bird and regular pricing windows. Early-bird registration runs May 20 through June 4; regular registration runs June 5 through September 10. Early-bird and regular fees differ by event. Walk-up registration is available for an additional $5.
A packet pickup is scheduled for September 11 at 197 Cornerstone Lane, Harrisonburg; remaining packets may be collected at the race location on the day of the event. There is a deadline of August 23 to be guaranteed a shirt.
Proceeds benefit athletes at Cornerstone Christian School in Harrisonburg and support construction of a new outdoor track on the school campus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
