Turbo Trot & Mini Road Race Rally
Turbo Trot & Mini Road Race Rally is a community fundraiser held at Peck Farm North Trail and the Stephen Persinger Recreation Center in Geneva on Saturday, September 12. The event replaces the former Harvest Hustle 5K and combines running events with a separate mini rally for young children. Proceeds support the Geneva Park District Scholarship Fund, which helps provide recreation opportunities for community members in need.
The event program includes running options and a battery-powered vehicle rally for children, plus family amenities such as a bounce house and food available from Bad Guy Bagels. Registration includes event shirts for certain races and age-based awards for the main run.
Distances and formats
- 2.5 mile Lightning Run for all ages
- 1 mile Short Circuit kids race
- Mini Road Race Rally for ages 3 to 8 with provided ride on vehicles
Key entry details and awards include a $35 fee for the Lightning Run with an official Turbo Trot t-shirt and a complimentary beer for 21 and older, a $27 fee for the Short Circuit kids race with a t-shirt and participation ribbon, and a $30 fee for the Mini Road Race Rally ($35 non resident) with food and beverages included for participants.
