Event Overview
The Hartlepool Half Marathon is a new addition to the regional running calendar, held at the Hartlepool Marina. The event features a coastal route that offers a flat profile with approximately 200 feet of elevation gain. Due to extensive road closures along the course, a three-hour cut-off time is enforced for all participants.

Course Details
The course is designed to be fast and scenic, running alongside the coast. The event base is located at Maritime Avenue, specifically around the Hartlepool Marina and Royal Navy Museum area. Please note that this race is not canicross friendly, and dogs are not permitted to accompany runners.
Participant Information
Participants must be at least 17 years old on the day of the event to enter. The race utilizes live chip-timing services to provide accurate results for all runners. Free parking is available for those taking part at the Hartlepool Marina and the National Museum of the Royal Navy.
Finishers
Upon completing the distance, all participants receive a metal medal and specific event merchandise. Additionally, snacks and a drink are provided at the finish line to assist with recovery. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
