Course and format
The race is a multi-lap event run over one-mile laps to make up a 20-mile distance, with a 10-mile option. Recent course work has replaced the former hairpin with a pair of left-hand bends and added a new path so each lap is a certified 1 mile. The finish is into the tennis courts. Mile splits will be recorded and published. A water station and toilets are passed once per mile. All races are chip timed and results are provided via Arrowlive. Entrants are entered by default for 20 miles and may change to 10 miles on the day any time up to 9.9 miles; withdrawal after 10 miles will be recorded as DNF.
Entries and fees
Standard entry fee is £25, with a £3 discount for EA/WA/SA-registered athletes. Discounted price before 01 March 2026 is shown as £22. Numbers are to be collected on the day; nothing will be posted out. No refunds will be made. The event has previously raised funds for the Friends of Locke Park.
