Harford Multisport Club Indoor Triathlon : Abingdon, MD

The 2026 Harford Multisport Club Indoor Triathlon takes place on Saturday February 28, 2026 at the YMCA in Abingdon, Maryland. The event uses a fixed-time indoor format in which competitors aim to cover the greatest distance within set time segments for each discipline.

Discipline segments:

Swim for 10 minutes in the pool.
Bike for 30 minutes in the cycle studio.
Run for 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Transition times are fixed and do not count toward an athlete's total distance. At the conclusion of the event, each athlete's distances in the three disciplines are added together and overall rankings are published.

Registration is limited to 100 individuals. The event is open to ages 10 through 100. There are no refunds or transfers of entry. Race communications include a pre-event email reminder asking anyone who is ill or who may have been exposed to COVID-19 to stay home.

Wave and corral assignments are used. Wave/Corral #1 is reserved for volunteers and Wave/Corral #2 is reserved for participants age 16 and under; other available waves or corrals may be selected if those are full.
