2026 Happy Valley Fun Run and Walk
The Happy Valley Elementary PTO presents the 47th annual Happy Valley Fun Run and Walk on May 16, 2026 at Happy Valley Elementary School in Happy Valley, OR. The event raises funds for Happy Valley Elementary School and includes a range of family-friendly activities and race distances.
Events include:
- Kids Dash - non-timed, open to ages 11 and under.
- 5K
- 10K
The Kids Dash registration fee covers a medal, bib and a ticket to the carnival; a shirt is available for an additional fee. Participants must register by May 1 to be guaranteed a shirt; shirts after that date are available only in limited quantities. Early bib pickup is offered the day before the event, and there is day-of race packet pickup on site; all shirts and packets must be collected at the event before the races begin.
The 5K is one lap; the 10K is two laps with a timing mat crossing to record a 5K split. All races start and finish in the dropoff and pickup lane immediately in front of the school. The course was professionally measured using the USATF calibrated-bicycle method and is a precise 5K and 10K. Strollers are welcome. Dogs are allowed on school grounds when leashed and owners must clean up after their pets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
