JRHAST 19th Annual 10k/5k Gateway City Turkey Trot
The event takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026 in Laredo, Texas. It features two timed run/walk distances and is organized as a community fundraising event.

Race proceeds will go to the less fortunate in the Laredo community and surrounding areas.
Awards include overall male and female winners and male and female masters for both the 5K and 10K. Age-group awards are offered for the following categories, with the top three male and female finishers recognized in each group: 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Overall and masters awards are based on gun time. Age-group awards are based on chip time. There is no duplication of awards.
Registration fees vary by date: early bird through September 30 is $25 and $10 for students up to 18 years of age; October is $30 and $10 for students up to 18 years of age; November is $35 for all. No refunds are offered.
Packet pick-up will be on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at Orangetheory Fitness, 3502 E Del Mar, Suite 6, from 4pm to 7pm. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
