Hamster Endurance Runs - Bellingham, WA
Hamster Endurance Runs is a timed endurance event held Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Bellingham, Washington, at the Lake Padden area near 4882 Samish Way. Runners complete repeated laps on a measured loop to accumulate distance within their chosen time category.
The course is a 2.6 mile loop on a wide, non-technical gravel path with about 150 feet elevation gain per loop. The route passes through Pacific Northwest forest terrain and is suitable for continuous lap running.

An aid station staffed by experienced volunteers supports runners on course. Runners who reach 100 miles within their time category receive a belt buckle. Entry fees include a donation to the Whatcom Family YMCA Scholarship Fund, supporting programs such as Girls On the Run.
