Logistics and facilities
Registration has tiered pricing and there will be limited online race day registration. A T-shirt is guaranteed to the first 200 registrants. Bib pickup is available the evening before at the Hampton Bays Fire Department substation and on race day through the event staff. Parking options include the King Kullen shopping center (52 E. Montauk Hwy.) and the United Artists movie theatre (119 W. Montauk Hwy.).
The course is a flat, out-and-back route down Ponquogue Avenue. Awards for the 5K include $100 gift cards for top overall finishers and top finishers in FD/PD/EMS/Military categories, medals for the top three men and women in standard age groups (12 & under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+), and a largest team award.
