Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three in age group categories. Age groups listed include 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, then standard adult decades up through 80 and older. Funds raised through the event support community projects in the Greater Moriches and Eastport areas with emphasis on the East Moriches and Eastport school districts.
