Meyer Brothers & Sons Hamilton Turkey Trot
The event is an in-person Thanksgiving Day running event held on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at The Marcum Park, 116 Dayton St, Hamilton, OH 45011. Runners, walkers, joggers, and stroller-pushers are welcome to participate in multiple distances and a free Kids Fun Run for children age 10 and under.

- 5K
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Kids Fun Run for age 10 and under
Registration fees vary by event: the 5K has a fee of $30.00, the 10K has a fee of $45.00, and the Kids Fun Run and volunteer roles have no fee. All in-person participants receive a newly designed race shirt, a custom medal, a race bib with timing chip, and a swag bag.
Awards are given for overall and age group placings. The top overall male and female across the 5K and 10K receive a prize package. The 5K awards the top three male and female finishers in each age group. The 10K awards the top male and female finisher in each age group. Team trophies recognize the fastest, largest, and best costume teams. Kids Fun Run top finishers in three age groups receive goodie bags and every child participant receives a medal.
Packet pickup takes place with the Race Expo on Saturday November 21 at The Benison Events Center, 100 S 3rd St, Hamilton, and additional race day pickup is at The Courtyard Marriott, 1 Riverfront Plaza, Hamilton.
All proceeds from the live event support YoungLives and Capernaum. YoungLives provides mentorship and care to parenting adolescents to support growth in faith, life, and leadership. Capernaum offers opportunities for teens and young adults with disabilities to develop friendships, growth, and purpose.
