Halloween Hustle - Crossroads Village
Halloween Hustle is a themed race day held at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad in Flint, Michigan on October 24, 2026. The event includes multiple race divisions and family-oriented activities at the village park and surrounding trails.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- Kids Trick or Trot (1/4 mile and 1/2 mile)
The 5K follows a two-loop route through the historic, decorated village on improved gravel and dirt roads. The half marathon completes one lap through the village and runs primarily along the Flint River / Iron Belle Trail, with views of Bluebell Beach, Mott Lake, Stepping Stone Falls, and wooded county land. Both start and finish are located at Crossroads Village.
Finishers receive a 4 inch Crossroads-inspired finisher medal and a long sleeve technical shirt. The event provides on-course aid, fall-themed finish line refreshments, and a post-race beverage tent for attendees 21 and over. Awards are given by age group for runners and walkers, separated by gender, and additional awards are offered in several costume categories. Participants with paid park admission may ride the carousel for free after the race.
Early packet pick-up is available the day before at the Crim Office (719 Harrison St, Suite 102). Day-of packet pick-up is available at Crossroads Village.
