Christmastown 5K Fun Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K run/walk held in Frankenmuth, Michigan, with the route starting and ending at River Place Shops. The course passes through parts of Frankenmuth and is open to runners and walkers.
There are two registration options with different fees and entitlements: a registration that includes a shirt, hot cocoa, cookies, and a finish medal, and a no-shirt registration at a lower fee. Early registration prices listed include different rates for adults and children 12 and under; shirt distribution requires registration by December 1. Late registration does not include a t-shirt. Registration must be completed online. Race entry is non-refundable and the event proceeds rain or shine.
The event schedule also features activities at Fest Platz near the Cass River Bar and Grill including an appearance by Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and a photo opportunity. Participants may choose to add holiday accessories or festive touches.
Proceeds benefit Rotary projects that support student programs, health initiatives, and community-based efforts. For 2026, donations are directed to Girls On The Run.
