Halloween Hustle 5K in Richlands
The Halloween Hustle 5K takes place on October 10 2026 in downtown Richlands at 302 S Wilmington Street, Richlands NC 28574. The event offers two 5K options: a timed race and an untimed run.
Registration is available in three fee periods: July 17 to July 31 for $25, August 1 to September 30 for $35, and October 1 to October 9 for $40. Registration closes the evening of October 9 and there will be no day of registrations.
Each registrant receives a finisher medal. T shirts are optional for a $15 fee with an ordering cutoff of October 1. Team entries of four or more receive a $5 discount on registration.
Awards include Overall Male and Overall Female plus the top three finishers in the following age groups: 9 & Under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. A best overall child s costume award is given per age group. Costumes are part of the event program.
The course is a road course that weaves through historic downtown Richlands. The event is organized by Revive Downtown Richlands, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on sustaining, promoting, and improving the economic vitality of the Richlands Downtown District.
