Halloween Hustle 5K - Richlands
The Halloween Hustle 5K is a road race held on October 10, 2026 in downtown Richlands at 302 S Wilmington Street, Richlands, NC 28574. The event offers both timed and untimed 5K entries.
Registration follows a tiered fee schedule: July 17–31 $25, August 1–September 30 $35, and October 1–October 9 $40. Registration closes the evening of October 9 and there will be no day of registrations. Team entries of four or more receive a $5 discount.
Each registrant receives a finisher medal. Event T-shirts are optional for an additional $15, with an order cutoff of October 1.
Awards include Overall Male and Overall Female, the top three finishers in the age groups 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+, and a Best Overall Childs Costume award per age group. Costume participation is part of the event atmosphere and is recognized through the child costume awards.
The course is a road route that weaves through historic downtown Richlands. The event is organized by Revive Downtown Richlands, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on sustaining, promoting, and improving the economic vitality of the Richlands downtown district.
