About the race
The Halloween Hustle is the second annual community event held to benefit the Paulding Education Foundation. It takes place on October 17, 2026 at Mulberry Rock Park, 1849 Mulberry Rock Road, Dallas, GA 30157. The event includes a chip-timed 5K race and a 2-mile health walk.
The race route runs through Mulberry Rock Park and includes gently rolling hills, paved paths, and some gravel tracks. Parking is available inside the park. All participants receive a long-sleeve race T-shirt.

Registration details are provided for each event. For the 5K the early fee is $30 before September 30, 2026; the fee increases to $35 after October 1 and to $40 for race day registration. A $25 student and teacher discount applies to the 5K. Registration for the 5K opens June 2, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026. Registration for the 2-mile health walk closes October 11, 2026. The 2-mile walk registration fee is $25.
Awards for the 5K include top three overall male and female, top masters male and female, and top three male and female in age groups from 10 and under through 70 and over. There are no awards for the 2-mile health walk. The event is rain or shine and no refunds are provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
