Halloween 5 and 10K Haunted Carnival
The event takes place on Sunday October 25, 2026 at the HMCS Haida National Historic Site on Catharine Street North in Hamilton, Ontario. The race day features a haunted carnival atmosphere with music, costumes, and themed course elements along the waterfront.
Distances offered include:
- 1K in person
- 5K in person or virtual
- 10K in person or virtual
Registration includes in-person and virtual options. Virtual entries do not include shipping for race items. Virtual participants can track activity and submit results using the ASICS Runkeeper app to appear on leaderboards and receive a virtual finisher certificate.
Race kit pickup is scheduled before the event at the Stoney Creek Running Room and on event day at HMCS Star, 650 Catharine St N, Hamilton. The event is family friendly and open to all ages and abilities.
Prizes and trophies are listed for best costumes. The event supports charitable efforts including funding for neonatal intensive care equipment at McMaster Children’s Hospital and food support through Hamilton Food Share.
