Halloween 5 and 10K : Haunted Carnival
The event takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, on the Hamilton waterfront at the HMCS Haida National Historic Site / HMCS Star. The day features a haunted carnival atmosphere with music, encouraged costumes, and photo opportunities.

The 5K and 10K are available in both in-person and virtual formats. Virtual participants can track runs with the ASICS Runkeeper app and submit results online; those who post results receive a virtual finisher certificate.
Race kit pickup is scheduled for October 24, 2026, at Stoney Creek Running Room, Mountain Locks Plaza, 1791 Stone Church Rd E, Stoney Creek, ON. On race day the event site is HMCS Star, 650 Catharine St N, Hamilton, ON.
Event features include a Pennywise-inspired finisher medal, prizes for best costume, trophies, and hot chili on site. The event supports local fundraising initiatives, including collections for McMaster Children’s Hospital NICU and Hamilton Food Share, and will collect non-perishable food items at the race.
