Half Sam 13.1, 10k, 5k

Half Sam is a midsummer road race that starts at the Issaquah Courthouse and follows the Lake Sammamish corridor on the King County Trail. The course is USATF certified and described as flat and fast on well maintained trail surfaces. The route passes local landmarks including the Issaquah Boat Launch and Sammamish Landing and offers scenic lake views.

Aid and on-course services are provided approximately every 3 miles and include water, gel/GU, first aid, and Gatorade. Restrooms are available on the course and at the start. Finishers receive a custom long sleeve dry release mesh T-shirt, a finisher medallion, and a certificate. The 10 km finish includes Haagen-Dazs ice cream at the finish line.
