Event details
The event takes place on May 9, 2026, at Vietnam Veterans Park in Concord, NC (760 Orphanage Rd, Concord, NC 28027). It includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Registration fees increase on the Monday before the race. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Course and logistics
The venue is centered at the Dogwood Shelter. The course is mostly paved with a stretch of gravel and dirt, and it is described as shaded. Bathroom facilities are located in the right corner of the parking lot.
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back loop of 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back loop of 3.28 miles and completes that loop four times. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race.
