US Road Running - Pompano Beach
The Eagle 5K and 10K takes place at Pompano Beach, Florida. This event is part of the US Road Running race series and offers a structured environment for participants. All runners are required to register through RunSignup before the event, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the race starts and concludes 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the run.
The race course consists of a gravel and crushed stone surface. It is designed as an out and back route measuring 1.56 miles in total. Participants in different categories complete a specific number of laps to reach their distance. Both events are subject to a two-hour time limit.
Available distances include:
- 5K: Two laps of the out and back course.
- 10K: Four laps of the out and back course.
