The event takes place on May 23, 2026 at Bohls Park, 400 Immanuel Rd, Pflugerville, TX 78660 US. It includes three distance events held at the same location and provides parking at the Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department and Recreation Center.

Course information notes that the original course is currently closed due to construction and organizers are working to secure a new course. The 5K and 10K use an out and back layout; the 5K covers the out and back twice and the 10K covers it four times. The Half Marathon also uses an out and back course and covers that route six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
All runners must register on RunSignup and there is no on site registration. Packet pickup is provided prior to the races. All finishers will receive a themed medal. Costume wearing is encouraged and a best costume award is given at the beginning of each race. The event earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.
