Race Overview
The Luau event in Pflugerville, Texas, offers a series of running races held at Pfennig Park. Participants can choose between three distinct distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
The races are part of the US Road Running Race Series, allowing participants to earn points toward the series standings. All events are conducted on an out and back course. Due to construction, the specific layout is subject to change as organizers secure alternative routes.
Course Details and Rules
The event features a course that runners complete multiple times depending on their chosen distance. Individuals participating in the 5K complete the course two times, while those in the 10K complete it four times. Runners in the Half Marathon complete the course six times. There is a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances.
Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is available at the venue shortly before the start. Parking is located at the Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department and Recreation Center on Immanuel Road.
Medals and Participation
