Event Details

The Holiday 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in Longview, Texas. The event is held at Paul Boorman Trail Park, located at the corner of E. Fairmont Street and Princeton Avenue.

Participants can choose from three distances:

Course Information

The courses are out-and-back routes on a trail. Both the 5K and 10K courses use a 0.78-mile out-and-back segment. The 5K is completed by running this segment twice, and the 10K requires running it four times. The Half Marathon course uses a longer 1.09-mile out-and-back segment. This distance is completed by running the segment six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is in effect for all events.

Registration and Logistics

All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration on the day of the event. Packet pickup for bib collection begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the start. Participants are advised that parking at the park is limited.
