The event takes place at Oakside Community Park in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, at 2880 Table Rock Rd. It offers three distance events on the same day: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon.

All entrants must complete online registration through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is provided at the park on race day. Upon entering the park, participants should look for Pavilion 4 on the left side of the parking lot.
Course formats use repeated out-and-back segments. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment where the out-and-back measures 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment with an out-and-back of 2.18 miles and repeats that out-and-back six times. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
