The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on December 13, 2025, at North Collier Regional Park, 15000 Livingston Rd, Naples, FL 34109. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event page lists US Road Running as an organizing body. A packet pickup is provided before the race. Parking is on the north side of the soccer fields.

The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K follows the out-and-back once; the 10K follows it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back loop repeated four times. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
