The Medal Madness event takes place on June 27, 2026, at Michael O Buchanon Park in Bowling Green, KY (9222 Nashville Rd, 42101). The course surface is gravel. Registration must be completed on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. The event includes finisher medals, an awards program, a best costume recognition, a shirt and gear shop, and series points managed by the race organizer.

The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back segment listed as 0.78 miles one way (1.56 miles round trip). The 5K repeats that segment two times; the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back segment listed as 1.09 miles one way (2.18 miles round trip) and repeats that segment six times.
