Event
The Medal Madness race takes place on March 28, 2026, at Michael O Buchanon Park in Bowling Green, KY (9222 Nashville Rd). The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. The event listing includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards. An FAQ is provided by the organizer.
Course and logistics
The course surface is gravel. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile out-and-back segment (1.56 miles round trip); the 5K repeats that segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile out-and-back segment (2.18 miles round trip) and repeats that segment six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
