The Medal Madness event takes place on January 24, 2026, at Michael O Buchanon Park, 9222 Nashville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. The course surface is gravel. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
