The Medal Madness event takes place on January 17, 2026, at Medal of Honor Park in Mobile, AL. The race is organized by US Road Running. Distances offered include:

All participants must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. Course information and format
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back loop described as 0.78 miles with a full out-and-back of 1.56 miles. The 5K completes the out-and-back two times and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back loop described as 1.09 miles with a full out-and-back of 2.18 miles; the Half Marathon completes that out-and-back six times.
