Medal Madness : basic information

The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile route configured as a 1.56 mile out-and-back. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times; the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile route configured as a 2.18 mile out-and-back and repeats that out-and-back six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
