US Road Running - Corunna
The US Road Running event in Corunna, Michigan, features a series of asphalt-based road races held at a local park. Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
The race course is designed as an out-and-back route. For the 5K and 10K, the course measures 0.78 miles. Runners completing the 5K distance must run the course twice, while those participating in the 10K must complete it four times. The Half Marathon uses a slightly different out-and-back layout measuring 1.09 miles, which requires participants to complete six full laps.
Logistics for the event include parking in the lot located across from the playground. The starting line is situated near the intersection of Village Drive and Governor Parsons Drive. All participants must register online in advance, as there is no registration available at the venue on the day of the race. Packet pickup is scheduled at the site shortly before the start.
All participants who finish their respective races receive a finisher medal.
