US Road Running - Spokane
The US Road Running event in Spokane, Washington, features multiple paved running races including a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. The event takes place at Liberty Park, with the starting line located at the entrance to the Ben-Burr trail. Participants are instructed to park at the nearby Disc Golf Course.
The races follow an out-and-back format on established trails. The distance for each event is achieved by completing multiple loops of the designated course:
- 5K: Two laps of a 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- 10K: Four laps of a 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Six laps of a 2.18-mile out-and-back course.
Registration must be completed online prior to the event, as there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted at the event location starting 30 minutes before the race. A total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all distances. All participants who complete their race receive a finisher medal.
