Luau 5K, 10K and Half Marathon - Spokane, WA
The Luau 5K, 10K and Half Marathon is scheduled for May 23, 2026 in Spokane, Washington. The event uses a trail access point near 1300 E 5th Ave and the starting line is located at the entrance to the Ben-Burr trail. Participants are asked to park at the Disc Golf Course.

The 5K and 10K use the same loop layout. The basic loop is 0.78 miles and the out and back covers 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out and back twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different loop of 1.09 miles and an out and back of 2.18 miles; the Half Marathon completes that out and back six times. The published course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume element, series points and awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
