Event Information
The L.O.S is a Last One Standing endurance event. The event starts at sunrise. Participants run a 4-mile route every hour on the hour. This continues until only one runner remains, who is declared the Last One Standing.
Course Details
The course is a 4-mile loop staged at the 1.58-mile Reardan Cross Country Track. A single course marker indicates the turn-around point to create the full loop.
Logistics
There is one fully stocked aid station at the start/finish in the main parking lot. Crews can set up tents in a designated section of the parking lot. Participants are encouraged to be self-sufficient with food, water, and electrolytes. Required gear includes a headlamp and running gear. Race check-in is available on the Friday before the event and on Saturday morning. A pre-race briefing is held at 6:45 AM at the start/finish.
Participant Items
With registration, every participant receives a Phase One Training Tee. Those who complete the endurance challenge receive a Phase One Patch. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
