L.O.S - Last One Standing
The L.O.S event takes place near Spokane, Washington. It is a Last One Standing format race starting at sunrise. Participants run a 4-mile route every hour on the hour until only one runner remains.
The course uses the 1.58-mile loop at the Reardan Cross Country Track. It is marked with one turnaround point to form a 4-mile loop. A fully stocked aid station is located at the start/finish area in the main parking lot. Runners are encouraged to be self-sufficient with their own food, water, electrolytes, and running gear, including a headlamp.
Participants receive a Phase One Training Tee with registration and a Phase One Patch upon completing the endurance challenge. Check-in is available the evening before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
