Event

L.O.S - LAST ONE STANDING is a running event held in Spokane, WA on May 23, 2026. The format has participants run a 4 mile route each hour until only one runner remains. Course and logistics

The course is staged at Reardan Cross Country Track using the 1.58 mile loop to form a 4 mile loop with a single course marker at the turnaround. One fully stocked aid station is located at the main parking lot start/finish. Runners are encouraged to be self-sufficient; the aid station will offer food and drink options but personal support is advised. Crew access is allowed via tents in a designated section of the parking lot as authorized by the trail owners. Required gear includes a head lamp, running gear, food, water, and electrolytes.
