Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, Spokane WA
Medal Madness is scheduled for March 28, 2026 in Spokane at 1300 E 5th Ave. The event includes three distances and uses measured loop courses on trails near the Ben-Burr area.

Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. All entrants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is available at the disc golf course and the starting line is located at the entrance to the Ben-Burr Trail.
Course formats are described as repeated out and back loops. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile one way loop (1.56 miles round trip); the 5K completes that round trip twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile one way loop (2.18 miles round trip) completed six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
