Event Overview
The Medal Madness event offers three race distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. The races are scheduled for September 19, 2026.
The event takes place at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Race Details
All races share a common start and finish line. The course layout is out-and-back for all distances.
- The 5K course is 3.11 miles long, with runners completing the out-and-back loop once.
- The 10K course is also 3.11 miles long, with runners completing the same loop twice.
- The Half Marathon course is 3.28 miles long, with runners completing this loop four times.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is in place.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration available on race day. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
