Medal Madness : event details
Medal Madness takes place on September 19, 2026, at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (285 Meadowlark Dr, 27106). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. Courses and logistics
The 5K and 10K share the same out-and-back course of 3.11 miles. The 5K completes the out-and-back once; the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses a separate out-and-back course of 3.28 miles and repeats that out-and-back four times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Finisher medals are provided. A shirt and gear shop, best costume recognition, series points, and awards are part of the event offerings.
