About the race
The event on 2027-03-13 takes place in Gadsden, Alabama, at 829 Old S 4th St, behind the Gadsden Mall. Courses are run on a pea gravel trail and use out and back loops with multiple repeats.
Packet pickup is available shortly before the race and closes just before the first start. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Distances and fees:
- 5K, registration fee $30.00
- 10K, registration fee $45.00
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles), registration fee $65.00
The shorter loop used by the 5K and 10K measures about 0.78 miles one way, forming a 1.56 mile out and back. The 5K completes that out and back twice and the 10K completes it four times. A separate out and back loop is used for the half marathon and is repeated multiple times to reach the full 13.1 miles.
