Medal Madness - Panama City Beach, FL
Medal Madness is a US Road Running event at 100 Conservation Drive in Panama City Beach on March 27, 2027. The event includes road race distances offered in a small, local-race format with official timing, finisher medals, and published results.
Distances offered:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
Registration fees are listed per distance: $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon. Registration opened in 2021-2022 and remains open through the race day on March 27, 2027.
US Road Running describes these races as local and welcoming with clear courses and race staff on site. Race operations are modest: many events have only one or two staff members, emergency medical services are not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Participants should plan accordingly for weather and personal needs between laps.
The event emphasizes a low-pressure community setting with official race elements such as course markings, race staff, finisher medals, and posted results. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
