Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon at Largo, FL
This event offers multiple road race distances held at 1800 Keene Rd, Largo, FL 33771, US. Runners choose from the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
Course format and laps are provided for each distance. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course of roughly 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course of roughly 3.28 miles that is run four times. A staff member will be positioned at the turnaround point to help guide runners on course.
Registration details are set by the organizer. All runners must register via RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Posted registration fees are $30.00 for the 5K, $45.00 for the 10K, and $65.00 for the half marathon. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
