The Medal Madness event takes place on March 28, 2026, in Largo, Florida. The event includes the following distances:

All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. The event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and awards and FAQ information are available through that series.
Course and rules
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the route once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back route that is completed four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Wearing a costume is optional; organizers note a best costume element.
