The event is scheduled for February 14, 2026, at Eagle Lake Park in Largo, Florida. It features three distance events held at the same location and organized as part of the US Road Running series.

Course format and laps are specified for each distance. The 5K and 10K use an out and back course; the 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses a separate out and back course and completes that course four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Race operations notes include packet pickup that begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. All finishers will receive a themed finisher medal. Costume wearing is optional and encouraged by the organizer. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series and follows the series' awards and information procedures.
