Event details

The Medal Madness event is scheduled for January 24, 2026, at Eagle Lake Park, 1800 Keene Rd, Largo, FL 33771. The event offers three distance options:

10K
Half Marathon

All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is provided. The race awards points toward the US Road Running Race Series.

Course, timing, and awards

The courses are out-and-back routes. The 5K uses the out-and-back course once, the 10K uses it two times, and the Half Marathon uses it four times. The published course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Costume wear is encouraged but not required.
