Event
The New Year 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Eagle Lake Park takes place on January 10, 2026 in Largo, Florida. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the course once and the 10K twice. The Half Marathon is an out-and-back course completed four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. All finishers will receive a themed finisher medal. Wearing a costume is optional and the event encourages a best-costume element. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.
