Event Overview
The Pirate 5K, 10K & 13.1M takes place at the Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, Texas. The event offers three running distances on a paved, out-and-back course.
Race Details
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
The 5K and 10K share a 3.11-mile out-and-back loop. The 5K is completed by running the loop once, while the 10K requires running it twice. The half marathon follows a separate 3.28-mile out-and-back loop, which is completed four times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Event Logistics
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start time and ends 10 minutes before the race begins. All runners must register online; no on-site registration is available. Parking is in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts off Prairie View Road. Restrooms are located behind the tennis courts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
