Medal Madness 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon at Charlotte NC
This event features multiple road race distances held at Mallard Creek Playground, across from Mallard Creek Elementary School, 9729 Mallard Creek Rd, Charlotte NC 28267. The event uses out and back courses and includes a hill at the start and finish.
Distances offered:
- 5K uses an out and back loop of about 3.11 miles once.
- 10K uses the same out and back loop twice.
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) uses an out and back loop of about 3.275 miles repeated four times.
- Marathon (26.2 Miles) uses the 3.275 mile out and back loop repeated eight times.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Packet pickup is available shortly before the race and closes shortly before the race begins. The event has a course time limit of six hours. Registration fees listed for each distance are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, $65 for the half marathon, and $90 for the marathon.
