Squirrel 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon in Charlotte, NC
The event is a road running program held at Mallard Creek Playground across from Mallard Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, NC. Races are organized as separate distances with specific course layouts and a cumulative time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup is available on-site beginning 30 minutes before the race and finishing 10 minutes before the race starts. All participants must register in advance on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.

The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back route. The 5K completes that route one time; the 10K completes it two times. The half marathon follows a separate out-and-back route and repeats that loop four times. Runners should note there is a hill at the start and finish of the course.
