Viking 5K, 10K and Half Marathon, Charlotte NC
This road race event in Charlotte offers three distances and uses Mallard Creek Playground, across from Mallard Creek Elementary School, as the start and finish area. The courses are out and back routes and include a hill at the start and finish area. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Registration is handled online through RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Published registration fees for the listed races are available for each distance.
The 5K and 10K share the same out and back loop; the 5K completes that loop once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon follows a separate out and back loop that is completed multiple times to cover the half marathon distance.
