Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on December 6, 2025 at Marion Diehl Park in Charlotte, NC (2229 Tyvola Rd, 28210). The event includes three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A contact form is available for questions. The start area is next to the Marion Diehl Adaptive Field.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course repeated four times. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
