Event Overview
The Medal Madness event offers four race distances in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The event takes place on City Island.
Distances
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
Course Details
The event features two separate out-and-back courses. One course is for the 5K and 10K races, while a different, slightly longer course is used for the Half Marathon and Marathon.
- The 5K involves completing its designated course once.
- The 10K requires completing the same 5K course twice.
- The Half Marathon consists of running its designated course four times.
- The Marathon involves completing the half marathon course eight times. A single time limit of six hours applies to the entire event.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online in advance; there is no on-site registration. Race bibs are limited. Packet pickup begins well before the race start.
